Safety first

Receive a safety briefing and demonstration before starting out. You will be equipped with a vest that we encourage you to wear if you are a no swimmer. Others carry it on the bike and have it ready for use. 


What to expect

From the water you view architecture and attractions such as the Copenhagen Opera House, walking bridges and The Royal Danish Theatre house. Explore the narrow canals on the west side of the harbour, passing by house boats, private yachts and waterside cafes. Traffic in the canals flows one way making HydroBiking easy and safe as everyone is travelling the same direction. It’s fun to share the journey with other water users. 

Cross the harbour to the east and see the Circle Bridge, Black Diamond library and the BLOX architecture building. Peddle around the mote of Christiansborg Palace, cruise under arching bridgeways adorned with faces carved in the stone and see ‘Børsen’ the oldest stock exchange in Europe with three dragons on the roof. Then go southward to see the colourful buildings at Nyhavn before heading back. HydroBiking ends where it begins.
